Balance Changes

Champions

Bard

• Attack range increased to 550 from 500

• Base damage increased to 52 from 46

• Damager per level growth increased to 3.5 from 3

• Base armor increased to 25 from 21

• Travel’s Call (Passive) Meeps: A new meep appears every 10 down from 12

• Traveler’s Call (Passive) Chimes: mana restore changed to 12% max mana from (8% missing mana + 15)

• Cosmic Binding (Q) damage increased to 80/125/170/215/260 from 80/120/160/200/240

• Cosmic Binding (Q) AP ratio increased to .65 from .5

• Magical Journey (E) mana cost reduced to 0 at all ranks from 30

Darius

• Noxian Guillotine (R) now refunds 25/50/100 mana if Noxian Guillotine kills target

• Noxian Guillotine (R) - New Effect: At rank 3, Noxian Guillotine’s cooldown resets entirely on kill.

Garen

• Demacian Justice ( R) cooldown lowered to 120/100/80 from 160/120/80

Hecarim

• Base Mana Regen per second down to 1.3 from 1.5

• Base HP Regen per second down to 1.4 from 1.85

Tristana

• Explosive Charge (E) cooldown increased to 16/15.5/15/14.5/14 from 16/15/14/13/12.

• [Note: Remember Tristana currently has a new effect on her Q which reduces the cooldown of E by .5 seconds (doubled vs champions) when she auto attacks an enemy while her Q is active.]
